Adolescent girls and young women in Cox's Bazar often lack reliable information and supplies for their health. HEART runs community awareness campaigns on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and distributes menstrual hygiene kits.
We also support child health, organise health sessions and observe days such as World Rabies Day so that families know how to stay safe.
